The one year sentencing of
Farshid Fat’hi and Arash Moghaddam, charged after an attack on ward 350 on the
so-called ‘Black Thursday’, have been upheld by an appeals court.
Prior to this in the initial
court Fat’hi was sentenced to 1 year in prison, 74 lashes and a 2 million rial
fine. Arash Moghadam was sentenced to 1 year in prison, 74 lashes and a 3
million rial fine.
