While more than 6,000 teachers took part in a gathering in front of the parliament in Tehran to join and express solidarity with the nationwide teachers’ demonstration, more than 20 other cities in the country were shaken by the chants of 'freedom for political prisoners' and 'freedom for imprisoned teachers.'
The slogans in the teachers’ demonstration included:

A UAE court has sentenced six Iranians, three of them in absentia, to life imprisonment for kidnapping an Iranian-British businessman who went missing in Dubai in 2013, according to local media in Dubai.
