Mr.safar zakery ,60,an Iranian refugee in Iraq and a member of the Iranian
opposition MEK has been recognized by the United Nations refugee Agency (UNHCR)
as a person
of concern protected under international law.
He lives in camp liberty Iraq under UN supervision. Since four weeks ago the Iraqi Government using the
pretext of a car accident has detained him and refuges to recognize his legal status to return to camp liberty.
