Former French Foreign minister Bernard Kushner began
his comments by citing the situation in Camp Liberty. He said: we cannot
express the pains they are enduring. Unfortunately the UN and the EU have not
acted upon our requests to help Camp Liberty residents.
Calling on Europe’s foreign policy chief Federica
Mogherini, Mr. Kushner said: I now ask you to act on behalf of the European
Union to help Camp Liberty residents.
