Bazar shop owners rejecting mandatory closure for Friday prayers

Shop keepers in Kashan refused to obey mandatory closure for Friday prayers
A number of security agents in Kashan, central Iran, raided the traditional Bazaar, located in the area between Baba Afzal Street and Darvazeh Doulat ordering the shop owners to close their shops for Friday prayers. They ordered shop owners to leave the bazar and go to the mosque to attend the Friday prayer. But the shop keepers protested and refused to obey their orders and told agents: this bazaar is no place for military government and we decide when we open and when we close…
They also threated the suppressive guards to close the entire bazar and go on strike if the security guard harassed them anymore …
