andar Abbas- Feast of Fire ceremony in front
of security forces
In spite of warnings and threatens by the
suppressive state security forces to prevent the people from taking part in the
feast of fire ceremony, a huge crowd of people and the youth in Bandar-abbas
were not intimidated and the sound of firecrackers and sound bombs filled the
air. Some of the areas where reports have indicated of ceremonies are: Seyed Kamal,
southern and northern Resalat and Bahman 22nd streets.
