Khorram-abad: A youth murdered by the Security forces

Suppressive State Security Forces, SSF in Khorram-abad shot and killed a youth at point blank range with 2 bullets at nearby Khorram-abad Tribal Hospital. The victim was identified as Masoud Mirzaee a resident of Zagheh city, suburbs of Khorram-abad. He had come to the hospital to visit his hospitalized relative from Baluchistan, when the regime mercenaries harassed him to and tried to arrest him under pretext of drug trafficking in case he would refuse to pay them money.

Teachers demonstrate lack of job security and murder of one of their colleagues in Koohdasht

A number of Koohdasht teachers staged aprotest gathering in front of the local office of the Education ministry inLorestan on Mar. 9th to protest the lack of job security.

Majid Gharavand, a math teacher at one of the Kouhdasht high schools was killed after he was beaten and assaulted by the Kouhdasht intelligent and security manager.

Iran: 153,000 jobless in only one province

17 percent of whole population in northern Khorasan are jobless

An Iranian MP from Khorasan province revealed that %17 of the 900,000 population of his constituency are jobless. Servati, a parliament member from northern Khorasan admitted that there are more than 150,000 jobless in that province alone in which only 37,000 of them have been registered with the province for job market and the rest have no hope of finding a job anytime soon.

According to activists reporting from Iran, Laleh Mehdi-nejad, a Baha’i woman was arrested by the state security agents on Monday March 9 and transferred to the infamous intelligence ministry prison after her house was viciously searched and her property including computers and notebooks confiscated. She has been reported to have been transferred to the notorious Evin Prison , political prisoners’ ward following the preliminary interrogations at the intelligence ministry prison.

EU foreign affairs head Federica Mogherini will lead the talks, a statement said, one day after US Secretary of State John Kerry meets his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif in Switzerland as part of continued Western efforts to ensure Tehran does not acquire a nuclear weapon.

Tehran residents confront mullahs’ suppressive agents during a raid on firecracker vendors

 When 2plain cloth security agents tried to arrest a firecracker vendor at one ofTehran’s metro stations found themselves surrounded by a number youth and train passengers who were waiting for the train to arrive. The agents who were insistent in arresting the young boy selling firecrackers clashed with the youth and finally had to retreat and leave the neighborhood.

This incident happened at 11:00 Am in Haft Houz region, Tehran, and nearby metro station on Friday Mar. 14th.
