Iranian opposition activists in Camp Liberty were disarmed by the US but are under threat of attack and have a right to self-defense, the president of the International Committee in Search of Justice has demanded.
Alejo Vidal-Quadras, the president of prominent Non-Governmental Organization told a conference in Paris: 'The residents of Camp Liberty and Camp Ashraf have right to self-defense.

Kerry: No Iran talksextension without ’outlines’ of a deal

Washington - AFP - 2/8/2015 - US Secretary of State John Kerry ruled out extending a March 31 deadline for Iran nuclear talks unless the basic framework of an agreement is hammered out, speaking in an interview aired Sunday.
'The only chance I can see of an extension at this point in time would be that you really have the outlines of the agreement,' Kerry said in the interview on NBC’s 'Meet the Press' taped Saturday in Munich.

In an urgent action statement, Amnesty International warned of the danger of execution of political prisoner, Saman Nasim. This political prisoner was arrested when he was only 17 years old accused of Moharebeh “waging war against God” and now is on the imminent threat of being executed. According to his family citing a trusted source, Saman, who is 22 years old now, could be executed on Feb. 19th.
Two Iranian intelligence spies sentenced to jail in Azerbaijan

Two Mullahs’ regime Intelligence Ministry mercenaries were sentenced to 27 years imprisonment by a court in Azerbaijan.
News media reports say that these mercenaries are Azerbaijan citizens working for the Mullahs’ regime Intelligence Ministry. They are accused of taking pictures, filming and collecting secret information from a number of military institutions and of Turkey’s consulate, sending them to the Iranian regime’s intelligence ministry.

The Court of Appeal of Paris confirmed dismissal of an investigation into PMOI

PARIS, February 5, 2015 (AFP) - The Court of Appeal of Paris confirmed on Thursday the dismissal of an investigation into the People’s Mojahedin (PMOI/MEK) initiated in 2001 by the French anti-terrorist department, announced the lawyers of the Iranian opposition group.

NCRI - According to a report published in Iraqi Ministry of Interior website, the Iraqi forces and the terrorist militias under the command of Hadi Ameri that have occupied Camp Ashraf since several months ago and plundered its property, celebrated their “victory” on February 2 in this camp. Iraq’s Interior Minister also participated in this ceremony.

A traffic police who continued to harass and disturb passing by girls, encountered a stiff reaction by a number of youth and people in Mottahari Street district on Tuesday Feb. 3rd.
At the same time a number of vehicles of state security forces arrived at the scene to defended annoying agent. This infuriated and added to the already heightened tension resulting in wider clash between youth and people on one side, and the suppressive security forces on the other. It resulted in the injury to the youth and a traffic police.

USSecretary of State John Kerry will hold talks with his Iranian counterpart Saturday on efforts to secure a deal over Tehran’s nuclear program, the state department said Thursday.  
'Secretary Kerry will meet with Iranian Foreign Minister (Mohammad Javad) Zarif in Munich, Germany on Saturday to discuss the ongoing nuclear negotiations,' a senior state department official said.
