Iran: political prisoner goes on hunger strike

Political prisoner Ali Reza Rasouli has gone on hunger strike since May 30th, protesting lack of medical treatment in Mahabad Prison. He is suffering from cancer and is enduring excruciating pain. This political prisoner can hardly sleep, sit, walk or undergo other normal activities. It’s been months since he, despite all the hollow promises, has been deprived of medical care. He has been suffering from a kidney problem for a couple of days. In this regard he went to the prison clinic but they have deprived him of any serious treatment.
Rasouli had twice gone on hunger strike before, protesting lack of treatment for his cancer.

IRAN- Maryam Rajavi: Surge in executions shows Iranian regime's fear of outburst of public protests

NCRI - The Iranian Resistance's President-elect Maryam Rajavi described the unprecedented escalation of arbitrary, mass executions across Iran, as an indication of the ruling regime's despair in the face of irremediable social and political crises, also its fear of broad-based social disconten.
She said: The leaders of Iran’s ruling religious fascism are trying in vain to prevent escalation of popular protests and outpour of public outrage by resorting to ever more brutal repression to prevent the regime’s downfall.Mrs. Rajavi expressed sympathy with the families of the victims, sixteen of whom were executed only yesterday in Qezel-Hessar and Oroumieh prisons. She called on Iran’s brave youths, and public in general, to rise up and aid these families and protest the mullahs’ unbridled barbarism.

A Shenandoah University student, Donya Jam entering senior in political science has expressed her strong feeling toward her parent’s home country Iran, despite the fact she hasn’t even seen that country. Donya was born and raised in the greater Washington, D.C. area. Her parents had fled their native Iran years earlier after becoming targets of the clerical regime for their active opposition to the repressive theocracy being established by Ayatollah Khomeini. 

Iranian regime’s terrorist Qods Force commander Suleimani spotted in Iraq: report


The commander of the terrorist Qods Force of the Iranian regime, 
Qassem Suleimani, has reportedly been photographed in Iraq 
alongside Shiite militiamen affiliated with the Iranian regime
The authenticity of the photographs that were published in social media could not been, however, US military and intelligence officials have told The Long War Journal that Suleimani was in Iraq visiting with Shiite militias and commanders over the past several days.

Iran: 1500 prisoners of Ghezelhesar Prison on hunger strike


About 1500 prisoners in the notorious Ghezelhesar prison, Karaj, northwestern Tehran started a hunger strike on Saturday, May 30, 2015 to protest the vicious increase in the number of executions, according to report from inside Iran.

IRAN: Molten lead will be poured down throat of nuclear inspectors, IRGC commander says


The United Nations nuclear inspectors would be wrong to dare to want to look at nuclear sites in Iran and if they do so they will be arrested and molten lead would be poured down their throat, a senior commander of the Iranian regime’s Revolutionary Guards says.
IRGC Brigadier General Gholamhossein Qeybparavar, the commander of IRGC forces in the Fars province said on Saturday: “You would be wrong to dare to want to inspect our military centers and whoever does look at IRGC centers we will fill his throat with molten lead.

The 26-year-old Lebanese national who was arrested in Cyprus on Thursday while in possession of an estimated two tons of a compound that can be used for explosives has ties with Lebanon’s Hezbollah and has been trained in Iran, local press reported yesterday.
Citing Cypriot intelligence sources, Daily Phileleftheros reported that the man, who also holds a Canadian passport, is a member of Hezbollah’s military wing with close ties with the group’s leader Hassan Nasrullah. According to the report he received training in Iran by the Iranian regime’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC).
